Rick is President of OnPoint Consulting and has a thirty year track record of success as a human resource consultant and executive. The focus of Rick’s work has been on helping leaders and organizations close the gap between strategy and execution, work effectively in a matrix organization and lead and collaborate in a virtual environment. Rick has co-authored five books on leadership and organizational effectiveness. His most recent books are Closing the Execution Gap: How Great Leaders and Their Companies Get Results and Virtual Team Success: A Practical Guide for Working and Leading From a Distance.
